Homes by Haven wanted an application that automated their company's day to day tasks. This included identifying and acquiring recently foreclosed homes, manage all the relevant paperwork for each home, hire and manage contractors for rehab work, manage tenants and their paperwork in their homes, dispatch their employees in the field to nearest homes for maintenance work and generate reports. We wrote both front-end and backend code for the application. Integrated Egnyte API for documents management and Google Coordinate API for managing employees in the field.
